 All programme team now are programme officers with different responsibilities. One of the programme team though is the Senior Programme Officer who is the overall in-charge with grants both individual and institutional, the main focus being institutional grants. The other three programme officers have responsibilities as below:-

•    Learning and Communications
•    Webmaster, Monitoring and Evaluations
•    Individual Grants
 
Re-organization of the management came into being after the approval by both the Donor committee and Steering Committee members that Serengeti Advisers will take over management responsibility of Tanzania Media Fund.
 
The position of Executive Fund Manager (from Hivos) turned to be Head (seconded from Serengeti Advisers).  The contract between Hivos and Serengeti Advisers of this management approach is one year, it ends in May 2011. The major responsibilities of Serengeti Advisers are three:-
•    Strategic Plan Development
•    Public Relations
•    Networking
